Newly remodelled property, has well-trained and especially helpful staff who happily accepted our request. Savoury continental breakfast with expansive views of the coast and excellent coffee, well priced. Stocked guest room, very clean beds. Handy location down to the seafront.

People ouside smoking and that coming straight into room. may I suggest a designated area away from balconies ??

The staff at Ibis Styles Port Macquarie were incredibly friendly and accommodating, happily accepting our requests. the rooms are light-filled and newly renovated, providing a comfortable stay. - the breakfast was warm, fresh, and made with amazing views. - the hotel is centrally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Pilot's Boatshed.

The location is fantastic; very close to the beach, town, and waterfront. the rooms are spacious and have been recently renovated. - the shower is fabulous and the rooms offer amazing views. - Coffee making facilities are provided. - the setting is stunning.

Peaceful place

I was under the impression that the room was to have a flat screen tv and a balcony, this was not so.

The view was really spectacular. The apartment clean and airy. Staff extremely helpful and happy. position perfect for overnight stay or longer.

Freshly prepared breakfast options with river view. - Stunning views. - Knowledgeable amazingly efficient staff. - Convenient location close to everything we wanted to do in 2 days. - Just next door to many restaurants and art, and the beach parks and the kids parks.

View was amazing. Breakfast choice was adequate. Location is excellent, and not too noisy.

Reception staff not welcoming. I asked about movie theatres, and rather than directing us to local paper, was told she hadn't been there for a while. Having to ask for dvd recorder. Nothing in room info to advise you should ask. Electric blanket would have been appreciated. Elderly visitors have to carry cases up stairs. A definite trip hazard

The breakfast choices were fresh and made with Ibis Views. Our accommodation was set in a central location, close to Town Beach, restaurants, shops, city center.

Convenient location just a stone's throw from the Observatory. the fresh breakfast had a great view and included a nice selection including juice. - the employees were very accommodating and gladly fulfilled our request.
